Our company was founded in 1992 with the aim of meeting the needs of various industries, primarily energy, hydrometallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, for chemical products, specifically high-tech products such as ion-exchange resins and chemical reagents for water treatment and conditioning. The company began its operations by importing chemical products, using flexible entrepreneurial solutions that, in those early years, were demonstrated by very few companies. In a short period of time, the company became one of the leading importers of chemical products in Ukraine.

2010–2011 – With experience working with DuPont and confidence in the quality of the company’s products, we decided to expand our product range. In 2011, we became an official representative of DuPont, launching a separate automotive division.

Since then, our company has been supplying polyurethane systems—adhesives, sealants, and foams—on Ukrainian automotive assembly, manufacturing, and other industrial enterprises.

We also actively work in the after-sales service market, collaborating with service stations, distributors, and companies involved in automotive glass sales and replacement, supplying systems such as Betaseal™ (automotive glass bonding), Betafill (body sealants), and other components.

Our long-term collaboration with Dow and DuPont serves as proof of product quality, professionalism, and the reliability of our partnership.
